Job Description
As a member of our team, you will be required to show up on time to the location of the client (transportation not provided). You will start out working alongside a senior member of our team who will address the customer, you will follow with professionalism introducing yourself and if needed having a proper conversation with the client. After the client has been addressed and has made you aware of any concerns, you will begin to service their vehicle.
You will need to help unpack our car that houses the detailing equipment, and then you will get started. We use a system for detailing cars that we believe to be the most efficient way to move through the vehicle. You will be helping to do basic detailing tasks such as: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning seats, using an extractor vacuum, cleaning plastics and dashboards, tire cleaning, handling a pressure washer & foam cannon, hand washing & drying exteriors, glass cleaning, waxing exteriors, and applying shines to both interior & exterior elements.
We expect that you will be working hard, not slacking off, not on your phone, and open to criticism. As a detailer, there are many times when you believe an area to be “good”, when in fact a fresh set of eyes sees something else needed to be addressed. If that is the case, we expect our employees to do their very best and accept the feedback given by another team member.
We completely understand nobody is perfect. However, proper work-ethic, punctuality, respect, cooperativeness, and polite customer service skills are expected and required from our employees.
Detailing can be a very physically challenging process, and we expect our employees to be helpful and driven to complete the task at hand.

Business Description
Crox Mobile Detailing is a mobile car detailing business. We provide car detailing services at the location requested by our clients (typically their home or work). We offer interior, exterior, complete, and waxing services to our clients. We service all of Bucks County, with our most popular towns being: Doylestown, Warrington, Chalfont, Jamison, Plumstead.

Scheduling
Scheduling is very flexible. You will be texted a few days before a job opportunity asking if you are available to help. You will be prompted with the time, payment amount, and type of services requested by the customer. Should you accept it, we will expect you show up on time and are ready to work. We don’t take kindly to last minute canceling as this completely throws off that job and leaves another team member in the dry. We expect that once you accept the work, you show up and give us your best effort.
Payment

All payments will be made through Venmo, and will be made on a weekly basis.

You will not be paid per hour, you will be paid 20% of the final price, and you will split the tip given (if given) with however many people are working on that vehicle (will be 2-3 depending on the job).

As an employee, if a customer isn’t happy with your work, you are obligated to stay and fix your mistakes until the customer is satisfied. Failure to fix your mistakes or laziness in any form, including the act of leaving the customer unhappy is absolutely unacceptable at all times.
